My career has spanned over the non-profit, corporate and banking sectors in Toronto, Ontario, and for the most part, involved my working on event planning or project management. I now live in the Georgina area, enjoying life by the lake.
So, fate or not, my dog has taken me to where I want to be today.
As the saying goes, a dog is everyone’s best friend. Loyal, dependable, obedient and affectionate. I had no idea what that really meant, nor that it was any different from the feeling one has owning a cat. I couldn’t replace my late Russian Blue of 17 years, so, long story short, during COVID, I became a dog mom to a Biewer Terrier. Suffice to say, we have been an un-separable team ever since and completely in sync with one another. He is my beloved companion and family.
What else did I discover? I love dogs.
Realizing I wanted to get more involved in the business of helping dogs and wanting to do better for them, I now specialize in canine massage therapy to support dogs' physical and emotional well-being. It is my passion for canine health and my training as a certified massage therapist that drives the core of my business, which focuses on providing relief and comfort to dogs experiencing pain, mobility issues, or stress.
I’m a certified canine massage therapist from the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy in Toronto, ON. My work as a CMT is a complement to veterinary care and is meant to treat common injuries and conditions on different aged and different sized dogs using a holistic approach.
